The Cleo centres on a 2.91ct natural tourmaline, a gemstone celebrated for its rich, shifting rose tones and captivating depth. This striking oval stone is framed in warm 18ct yellow gold, drawing the eye to its beautiful colour and fire.

Surrounding the tourmaline is a glittering halo of 32 natural round brilliant diamonds, totalling 0.33ct. Their bright sparkle contrasts elegantly with the gemstone’s warmth, creating a radiant silhouette reminiscent of antique heirlooms.

Crafted in a luxurious combination of platinum and 18ct yellow gold, the ring features diamond-set shoulders that add further brilliance and refinement. The result is a piece that feels both timeless and distinctive — a perfect blend of vintage influence and contemporary elegance.

Margaret Appleby first began our family business in 1950's Dublin, making jewellery in the family home for a select circle of customers. By 1960, she and her husband John had opened their first store at Johnson's Court.

Over the following decades Appleby became one of the best loved names in Irish jewellery. Our reputation was established on high standards of customer service and quality workmanship.

Our legacy as a family-run business for three generations represents the heart and soul of Appleby Jewellers. It's our name that is above the door and we endeavour to honour it in everything we do.
