Elegant, balanced, and quietly captivating, this emerald and diamond ring is a modern expression of a timeless trilogy design.

At its centre sits a striking 1.11ct oval emerald, chosen for its rich, saturated green and natural character. Alive with depth and individuality, the emerald draws the eye with a soft intensity, a gemstone long associated with renewal, love, and enduring connection.

Flanking the centre stone, six round brilliant diamonds (0.30ct total, E/F colour) are arranged in a gentle tapering formation, creating a luminous frame that enhances the emerald’s presence without overwhelming it. Their crisp whiteness and exceptional sparkle bring light and balance to the design.

The setting is crafted in platinum, allowing the diamonds to appear bright and precise, while the 18ct yellow gold band adds warmth and contrast, enriching the emerald’s natural colour.

Margaret Appleby first began our family business in 1950's Dublin, making jewellery in the family home for a select circle of customers. By 1960, she and her husband John had opened their first store at Johnson's Court.

Over the following decades Appleby became one of the best loved names in Irish jewellery. Our reputation was established on high standards of customer service and quality workmanship.

Our legacy as a family-run business for three generations represents the heart and soul of Appleby Jewellers. It's our name that is above the door and we endeavour to honour it in everything we do.
