Appleby Jewellers has the historical, traditional family touch of customer service you just don't get anymore in Ireland. I have not and would not trust anywhere else for a significant piece. Fantastic service if like me you are somewhat of a diamond novice.

From start to finish I had the best experience dealing with Nick and Naomi while picking out my engagement ring with my partner. It really felt like a unique experience and that they were just as excited about the whole thing as we were. We also went back and got our wedding bands and can’t wait to collect them and search for a birthday present. Couldn’t recommend this family run business enough.

I recently had the pleasure of buying an eternity ring for my wife from Appleby Jewellers. From the moment we were met at the door and shown to one of their “diamond Suites” I could tell that this was going to be a fabulous experience. We were shown a range of diamonds, with a great variety of cuts and settings. The four “C’s” were explained to us, in lay mans terms, whilst we browsed and tried on pieces, at our leisure. We were made to feel like we were the only customers that mattered that day and they just couldn’t have been nicer. They even offered to have a ring made for my wife if we didn’t find “exactly” what we were looking for. We found the perfect ring for us and it was fairly priced. A lot of my friends had recommended that we go here, as the service is excellent and it is a very well established family run business. Infact, we were even introduced to Joe Appleby himself who seemed thrilled that we had enjoyed our experience. The day we had was so perfect and will live in our memories forever.
